CD16-FITC / CD64-PE / CD45-PerCP-Cyanine5.5 / CD14-APC is a four-color reagent combination of anti-human monoclonal antibodies that can be used as a direct immunofluorescence reagent on peripheral blood by flow cytometry to study the possible loss of expression of the CD16 molecule on neutrophils and the loss of expression of the CD14 molecule on monocytes.
