Bulklysis™ is a hypotonic lysing solution which provides osmotic lysis of the erythrocytes before immunofluorescence staining of peripheral blood or bone marrow aspirate specimens which are subject to be evaluated in a flow cytometric assay.
Bulklysis™ is a fixative-free erythrocyte lysing solution intended to be used with specimens, before staining with flow cytometry reagents in studies where high cell counts are required. It lyses erythrocyte populations without interfering with immunofluorescence, which allows to achieve greater sensitivity in the analysis of the sample, when acquired on a flow cytometer.
