Coeliac disease

The coeliac disease is a permanent gluten intolerance mediated by autoimmune phenomena known to be significantly under-diagnosed.

The use of flow cytometry as a complementary technique for the diagnosis of this pathology has been reported by several publications. These studies are based in the immunophenotypic identification and quantification of intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), especially total IEL, TCRγδ+ IEL and NK-like IEL.

Cytognos offers a full range of antibodies for the diagnosis of coeliac disease by flow cytometry.
